Women Helping Women / Men2Work is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive employment support services to empower disadvantaged men, women and teens to achieve economic self sufficiency through employment success.

Since 1993 WHW has achieved its mission through employment success programs designed to provide the information, skills and support to assist job seekers in their quest for an improved quality of life: Financial Literacy and Educational Workshops including Resume Building and Interviewing Skills, Computer Training including Online Job Search Skills, Individualized Career Assessment, Job Placement Services and Business Clothing, Accessories, Hygiene Items and Image Consulting Services.

Serving over 3000 clients each year, with the assistance of more than 400 volunteers, WHW is the only agency in Orange County to provide education, business clothing and direct job placement services without cost or obligation to clients or their referring non-profit agency.
