Buyers

• How do I buy an item on Runway Junkie?

  Purchasing an item on Runway Junkie is easy.  Just click the "Contact Seller" button on the product listing page and let the seller know you'd like to buy the item.

  Shipping is not included in the listing fee so make sure to discuss the cost, along with shipping and payment methods, with the seller before committing to buy an item.

  We recommend to all sellers to ship the item to you within two (2) business days and to reply to your message with the shipping information once it has been shipped.

• What types of items are prohibited on Runway Junkie?

  Runway Junkie only allows users to list authentic designer merchandise for sale. These items must be owned by, and in the possession of, the person listing merchandise for sale. 

  Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on items listed for sale, the manner of sale and payment or exchange, that may apply to any and all transactions in which they participate.

  Prohibited, Questionable and Infringing Items and Activities

  You are solely responsible for your conduct and activities on and regarding Runway Junkie and any and all data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links (together, “Content”) that you submit, post, and display on Runway Junkie.  Your Content and your use of Runway Junkie shall not:

  1. Be false, inaccurate or misleading
  2. Be fraudulent or involve the sale of illegal, counterfeit or stolen items
  3. Infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy
  4. Violate this Agreement, any Site policy, or any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)
  5. Be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, impersonate or intimidate any person (including Runway Junkie staff or other users), or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, through for example, the use of similar email address, nicknames, or creation of false account(s) or any other method or device
  6. Be obscene or contain child pornography or nudity.
  7. Contain or transmit any code of a destructive nature that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
  8. Circumvent or manipulate the fee structure, billing structure or commission owed to Runway Junkie
  9. Host images not part of a listing
  10. Modify, adapt or hack Runway Junkie or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Runway Junkie;
  11. Appear to create liability for Runway Junkie or cause Runway Junkie to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Runway Junkie’s ISPs or other suppliers
  12. Link directly or indirectly, reference or contain descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement or any other Site policies.

  Furthermore, you may not list any item on Runway Junkie (or consummate any transaction that was initiated using Runway Junkie’s service) that, by paying to Runway Junkie the listing fee, could cause Runway Junkie to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates the Terms of Use.

• What can I sell on Runway Junkie?

   You can list for sale only authentic designer items that you currently own.

  Any items listed for sale must be dry cleaned prior to sale.
